We can provide our local staff as a Project Manager(s), to work in your company on a part time basis to spec your requirements and fashion a development of test plan that delivers your requirements in the fastest possible way.
After this, it is just a matter of implementing the plan - with bi-daily reports (morning and evening) to meet the agreed milestone and deadlines of the plan.
